This repository provides 4 parts:
* data: explanations about how to build the precious data files required to play Semantle
* cli: the semantle CLI tool, ideal to play Semantle with no access to the Internet
* irc: the Semantle plugin for the Limnoria IRC bot
* web: extra resources to expose semantle top over HTTP(S)
